Yes. Lasani connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your number stays yours — you can leave any time and take it with you.
Coexistence is an official WhatsApp Business Platform feature. It lets you keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone AND use Lasani's shared team inbox on the same number at the same time. You don't have to choose between the app you already love and giving your team access.
Yes. With Coexistence enabled, the WhatsApp Business app on the phone owner's device keeps working normally while your team replies from Lasani. Everyone stays in sync in real time.

Yes. When you connect via Coexistence, Lasani imports up to the last 6 months of message history from your WhatsApp Business account so your team has context from day one.
Yes. Admins can swap the connected number ID at any time. Every chat, customer, note, label, automation, template and setting is preserved — only the underlying phone number ID changes.
Privacy & data
Every workspace has its own scoped records, enforced by row-level security policies on the database. A query from one workspace can never return another workspace's messages, customers or team members. Every push token is also scoped to the current workspace only.
No. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer messages to train AI models. AI features (bot, translation, digest, memory) run over your content on demand — nothing is retained for training.
You can request full deletion at any time from the Data Deletion page or from Settings inside the app. We remove your workspace, messages, media and team records from live systems, with encrypted backups aging out on their normal cycle.
Pricing & limits
The WhatsApp Business Platform caps sending at 20 messages per second per number in Coexistence mode, and features like groups, status and broadcast lists remain in the phone app rather than in Lasani. For most support and sales teams this is more than enough.
