No. Solo is strictly 1 user — no additional seats, no exceptions. If you need to invite even one teammate, move up to Team.

Purchased credit top-ups never expire — buy them once, use them whenever. Credits included with your monthly plan reset at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly credits are used first; top-ups only kick in when your plan credits run out.

No — never. Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account at their published rates. We don't touch that money and we don't add a markup.
